Questions, answered.

How long does it take to build a full training system?
It depends on the complexity of your operations, but most engagements run 4 to 8 weeks. Simple onboarding workflows can be live in 2 weeks. Full training libraries with video modules, SOPs, and knowledge bases take closer to 8 weeks.
What tools do you use to build training modules?
We work with whatever fits your tech stack: Notion, Trainual, Loom, Google Workspace, Confluence, or custom-built solutions. If you don't have a platform yet, we'll recommend one based on your team size, budget, and workflows.
Can our team update the training content after you build it?
Absolutely. Everything we build is designed to be maintained by your team. We provide training on how to update modules, add new SOPs, and keep the knowledge base current. You'll never be dependent on us to make changes.
Is this only for new employee onboarding?
No. We build training systems for new hire onboarding, cross-departmental training, client onboarding processes, compliance training, and process change rollouts. If it needs to be taught, it can be systematized.
How do you handle companies with multiple locations or franchises?
This is one of our specialties. We build scalable training frameworks designed for multi-location businesses and franchises. Centralized content, location-specific modules, and role-based access so each team sees only what's relevant to them.
